Forecasting time series data - extraploation

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for STATA commands that would help me have more time series data than what I've got. I have time series from 1940-2016. Is there a way to estimate/forecast data for say till 2020? Also is there a way estimate data backward? for instance estimating 10 years data till 1930 from 76 years data (1940-2016).
