Hi,
I am assessing the effect of thrombolytic treatment for stroke comparing two different stroke populations where both groups received treatment. The outcome measure is an ordinal variable (mRS) ranging from 0-6. The proportional odds assumptions are violated for this outcome assessment and I've found that the non-parametric WMW GenOR (wilcoxon-mann-whitney generalized OR) can be applied in this situation, but I am unable to find any instructions on how to actually do it, e.g. stata command and interpretation. Can anyone help please?
