Hi there.
I am looking for some help around CFA (Confirmative factor analysis) & SEM analysis of panel data.
I am writing my master thesis around how to best onboard new employees into organizations in order to create commitment among the newcommers. I have a data set of 30 variables (12 around onboarding/organizational socialization: ORGSOC) and 18 around organizational commitment (Split into three latent commitment components with 6 varianles each: AC, NC & CC) - See "SEM tegning" for visual overview. Further i have 6 test variables.
I have had 100 respondents answering on t0 (Before participating in a global introduction program in one specific company) and 100 respondents answering on t1 (After participating..)
I want to test whether the introduction program (The socialization) has effected the level of commitment around the new employees.
I have attached the dofile that i have been working with so far..
Have any of you worked with something similar, how would you approach it? I know it is a rather big question, but all answers or links to guidelines are very welcome. Or even if some of you have time to chat around it..
