Estout table with multiple univariate regression models

I am trying to create a table with multiple univariate regression models with estout. I've been able to create a table with multiple models, but only if each subsequent model adds on an additional variable (example: http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/faq/estout.htm). Any help?
