r(610)

Hi all,

I have gone through the forums, but found no solution to my problem.

I am working in Stata MP 13.1 on a windows server with a large file ~5GB. After saving my file as .dta Stata will refuse to open the file giving the r(610) error "file not state format". I have tried saving locally and on Dropbox. Also, I have tried opening the file with Stata MP 13.1 on a different computer. Any suggestions? Is the file too big?
