Box-Cox Double Hurdle Model with heteroscedasticity

Hi,

I'm using Stata/IC 14.0 to run a double hurdle model to analyse participation and expenditure of lottery tickets in the UK.
First of all, I'm wondering what the difference between the following commands for implementing double hurdle models is: dhreg, dblhurdle, churdle, craggit
Since the expenditure data exhibits skewness I planned on correcting for this using the Box-Cox transformation. How do I use this in combination with these commands?
Also, for the first two commands I don't have the option to specify the function of the heteroscedasiticity, is there another way to do this?

Appreciate any help or advice
Thanks
