Good afternoon,
I am trying to use .emh to testing between-subjects and within-subjects effects for data requiring non-parametric version of repeated-measurements ANOVA. The study was conducted on 10 males and 12 females. "Sex" is between-subject and "a" are the results of three measurements (a1, a2, a3) performed on each subject of the study. The data were reshaped to the long format
After executing:
. emh a _j, strata(Sex)
I got this output:
Extended Mantel-Haenszel (Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel) Stratified Test of Association
Correlation Statistic:
Q (1) = 24.1987, P = 0.0000
Transformation: Table Scores (Untransformed Data)
...and have no idea what is what here![Frown]()
Where is my "Friedman"? Where is my "van Eltern"? Is there any post-hoc test to see where significance result from?
Please help!
Best greetings,
Piotr Lewczuk
