Panel SVAR

Hello
I need to estimate a panel structural VAR model. I have downloaded the pvar.ado developed by Inessa Love but it does not seem to be able to estimate the structural version

Is there any way to estimate a panel SVAR in Stata? If not, does anyone now of another programme that enables this?
