table + putexcel

I use the table command and I wish to transfer the table to excel, I can do it through the results windows, "copy as table" - but I wish to somewhat automate this process - I thought using putexcel, but looking at the documenatation & blog posts regarding putexcel, it seems the command uses saved results in e() or r() - So I can't use table with putexcel. I thought maybe using espost to put the values inside e(), but it also cannot be used with table...

I use stata 14.1 SE
