Different results with xtpoisson and ppml

Dear all,

I am trying to estimate a model where I am estimating the model using xtpoisson and ppml where we cluster at the panel id level.

Although we are getting identical beta coefficients across the two estimators, we are getting significant results with ppml and insignificant results with xtpoisson.

Can someone please guide us on this matter?
