Multiple categories in bar chart next to each other

Dear Stata users,

I am struggling with a bar chart that I cannot figure out how to create in Stata. I have tried the "over() over()" option, but it didn't work for me.

I need to arrive at something like this:

So, to the far West I need an overall measure of the y-variable. Then the location variable, followed by a size-variable. This should be repeated in the East of the bar chart with data from 2013.
