I have a small dataset, with two observations per each subject, representing a continuous measurements at baseline and after one month.
I wish to create 2 graphs, the first, is very simple: I want a mean plot, where on the x-axis, there will be two values: baseline and one month. On the y-axis, there will be two means, represented with dots, and standard errors. I also wish a line connecting the two means (so a slope will be seen, showing a decrease of means).
The second plot is the actual data, I want 5 lines (one for each subject) starting at baseline and going to one month, again, all 3 lines will decrease.
I couldn't find them both on the Stata menus. I need your assistance with them. Both are relatively common in statistics, I would imagine there is a simple solution ?
