English is not my mother tongue, so I hope you will able to understand.
I have 3 variables called "Indonesian" "Portuguese" and "English"
1 line = 1 individual
Example, Individual 1 answered below the variables "Indonesian"; Doesn't speak "Portuguese" : Doesn't speak and "English" : Speak

I would like a unique variable "language" with, for example Individual 1 the level : English

More precisely, I want 1 variable which combine the 3 variables "Indonesian" "Portuguese" and "English" together and only keep when the individual can speak

Which command I have to use?
