Updating Stata 13 in Windows 10

I recently "upgraded" to Windows 10. Is there a trick to updating Stata 13? I follow the tried and true routine for updates and get the following error message:

installing executable files ... Could not move Stata-64.exe to Stata-64_old.exe
r(695);
