Dear Stata users,
I would like to compare the number of GP visits in acute disease period with that of pre-acute period, and I want the results in terms of risk ratios. So, this is within-person analysis. When I looked in my data (visualisation) by creating some 10 time-periods of equal length before pre-acute period, I can find that there is 2% increase in GP visits per phase.
Which one is the best model to find the risk ratio in such situation (poisson, GEE, or other)?
How can I adjust for the 2% increase per phase in my analysis? Would you be able to suggest any command?
Thank you.
